COMPUTATIONAL RESIDUE OBSERVATORY / 0.3

Research participation

Do not send measurement submissions, credentials, personal information or proprietary material to this site. It contains no enrollment form or remote execution tool.

Before an authorised experiment

An operator must approve the participant, observation boundary, instrument sources and exact task. Participation requires an experiment-specific or otherwise appropriately scoped credential and explicit consent to the applicable protocol. This documentation does not grant access or consent on anyone’s behalf.

Review what will be measured, how cessation will be recorded, the retention and withdrawal policy, and which observations can be published. The local protocol uses a 30-day retention review; append-only records are not automatically erased at that deadline. An operator must review any promised archival or removal procedure before participation.

Agent-readable information

The public protocol declaration describes this host’s current limitations. It advertises no callable participation operations and no research-engine origin. Agents must not infer a live API from the availability of these pages.

If connectivity is added later

Only separately approved, authenticated and rate-limited operations may be connected. Researcher controls, Energy Reader controls, the scientific database, private evidence and arbitrary command execution are outside this public presentation.

An independently approved research connection would need its own availability and evidence checks. This static site alone cannot report whether a PC, instrument or experiment is currently running.
